- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories (scrunchies & claws) are final sale unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different item, we’re happy to exchange (if stock is available).
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.
