Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging.
  
• Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories (scrunchies & claws) are final sale unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  

Exchanges

• If you’d like a different item, we’re happy to exchange (if stock is available).
  
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
